The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals for PMI Financial LLC DBA as Easy Mortgage. In this on-going sales role, the Mortgage Loan Officer continually identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. 
 
 Qualifications and Skills:
·         Proficient in Encompass and/or BytePro Software (Mortgage Loan Origination Software) preferred
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
·         Minimum 1 years’ recent successful mortgage sales or loan partner experience required.
·         Knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC and familiarity with underwriting guidelines and AUS systems preferred.
·         Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.
·         Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task.
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
·         NMLS or Mortgage Loan Officer Licensed
