HIRING! Maintenance / Handy person to help with maintenance and repair of our rental properties. Helps with repairs in residential and commercial properties that the owners can't complete on their own, such as general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, renovations, landscaping, repair of walkways and exteriors and yard care, testing and maintenance of HVAC systems, monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning and/or repair supplies for commercial building owners, and any other assigned tasks.

Handyperson Job Duties

Painting
Changing lightbulbs
Maintaining landscaping
Performing basic repairs AC, electrical and plumbing
Perform turns and repairs of rental properties
Complete repairs of walls and flooring
Complete simple projects such as tiling or other flooring replacement
Clean out gutters
Remove fallen branches or other parts of the landscaping
Maintain aspects of HVAC system by changing filters and performing routine maintenance and inspection

Handyperson Skills and Qualifications

Ability to do Physical Labor for long hours each day. Experience in Performing Various Tasks around Residential and Commercial buildings, Attention to Detail, Desire to Work with Customers and accommodate requests.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

This franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the local office and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.
