Job Description
As the Business Development / Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing property management leads from owners of investment properties, real estate agents, home owner associations, etc. A successful candidate will be driven, committed to excellence, have industry knowledge, be an  effective communicator and have the drive to close 10 to 20 new contracts per month.

This is a portfolio based position that offers multiple income streams based on a combination of commission splits and residual income on properties managed within the area of residential, commercial and association management. There is NO CAP on income potential, which includes:
  • Commission split for new contracts
  • Commission split for leasing activity
  • Commission split for brokerage activity
  • Residual income from management fee splits
This position requires a valid NJ Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker/Salesperson).

Responsibilities
  • You will build a pipeline of activity by participating in business networking groups such as the Chamber of Commerce, BNI, etc); real estate investor groups, building relationships with referral sources such as Brokers, CPAs, Attorneys, etc; and responding to warm leads from current marketing activities. 
  • You will consultatively promote PMI's management services to prospective clients within different pillars and then drive the onboarding process for interested clients
  • You will manage the leasing activities for your portfolio and be the primary point of contact for the client's you onboard
  • You will manage the "sales pipe" within ActiveCampaign and report activity during the weekly operations meeting
  • You will farm existing resources for potential brokerage activities
  • You will take a proactive role in driving the business growth and overall success
  • You will take consistent, deliberate and timely action to reach sales goals
Qualifications
  • Current NJ real estate license (Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson)
  • Ability to work from the Morristown office on a regular basis to start, with option to work remotely at a later point
  • Must have experience in Marketing/Sales or other related background
  • Must be able to travel within a 25 mile radius of Morristown
  • Excellent oral skills (in-person, phone, Zoom)
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new platforms (ActiveCampaign, PropertyWare, Etc)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with phone sales
  • Interested in developing a role to maximum potential
  • Be self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis, think outside the box and be a team player!
Compensation: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
