Responsibilities
Common residential/home maintenance
Estimating time and material on maintenance work orders
Change locks, re-key locks, door repair, window repair, light electrical, drywall repair, painting, caulking.
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish assigned maintenance work
Experience
General maintenance, plumbing and electrical knowledge
Basic electrical: replacing outlets/switches/dimmers, install ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, recessed lighting, sconces.
Basic plumbing: P-traps, supply valves and lines, faucets, disposals, drains, toilets, wax rings, sinks/vanities, shower
MUST's
Be professional in attitude to tenants / homeowners.
Needs to have own vehicle.
